1. STANDARD: 6 apartments; Each one with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting room, a small self contained kitchen fully equipped and furnished. The apartments have communal terraces. Interior living space 52 m2. Includes secure parking area.

2. MID RANGE: 4 apartments; Each one with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, laundry room, full size kitchen, dining area and sitting room all fully equipped and furnished. The apartments have individual terraces of 40m2. The interior living space is 72 m2. Includes secure parking area.

3. LUXURY RANGE: 4 apartments; Each one with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi/sauna, dining room and sitting room, laundry room all fully equipped and furnished. Individual terraces 70m2. The interior living space 80m2. Individual parking space.

Prices include sales tax 7%

1. On reservation 25% deposit, the balance guaranteed by valid credit card
2. Cancellation policy: refund 50% of deposit if cancellation is 7 days before arrival.
3. Upon arrival the client will accept terms and conditions providing bona fide identity
4. Breakfast is not included
5. Baby cots will be charged at Euros 3.30 per night
6. Secure parking is free of charge
7. Children under 12 years old will receive a deduction of Euros 10 per night
8. Daily cleaning service and change of bathroom linen

7. Small dogs are permitted in the standard and mid range category at a cost of Euros 7 .- per night.
